How long does shipping take? Orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days. Tracking information will be emailed once the order ships.

Can I change my shipping address? Please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

What if my package is lost or says delivered but I can't find it? Please check with the carrier first. If you still need help, reach out and we'll do our best to assist.

Do you accept returns? Because earrings are a personal wear item, all earrings sales are final for hygiene reasons.

What if my earrings arrive damaged or incorrect? Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo and we'll make it right.

Can I cancel my order? Contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
