Our Story

It started years ago with a very sophisticated business plan: "Let's make a headband... and earrings to match." That was pretty much it.

One headband turned into earrings. Earrings turned into more earrings. And before we knew it, mom and her girls had started a little business called Leathered Together.

And it was never really just about the earrings.

It was about doing something together. Teaching the girls how an idea becomes something real. How to create it, price it, package it, sell it, talk to customers, show up when you say you will, and occasionally learn that Mom was right. You know, the important life lessons.

Then life happened... The girls grew up. Sports got serious. Calendars got ridiculous. Mom became an unpaid Uber driver. And Leathered Together took a little nap.

BUT people didn't let us forget about it. For years we kept hearing: "Whatever happened to those earrings?" "Are you going to make them again?" "I still wear mine!" We even had a recent sighting at a football game. And honestly, seeing a stranger wearing something you made never gets old.

Apparently, YOU were trying to tell us something. So... WE'RE BACK!

The girls are older now, the ideas are bigger, and even little bro has been promoted from Snack Director to a contributing member of the family business. Job description still pending.

This time around, Leathered Together means even more to us. It's a chance to create something as a family while sneaking in all those experiences and lessons that don't come from a classroom - confidence, creativity, responsibility, hard work, taking a chance on yourself, laughing when things go sideways, and figuring it out together.

Because someday the girls won't remember every pair of earrings we made. But we hope they remember what we built while we were making them.
